At Hampton Court Paddle Sports, we create custom outings and tours that fit your team and budget. Mix & match equipment with kayaks, paddleboards and canoes. Choose from lessons, tours, river cleans, games and races, or the ever-popular paddle to the pub!

Our Hampton Court Bridge site is a two-minute walk from the train station, a five-minute walk from Hampton Court Palace, directly opposite the very cool Mitre Hotel, and close to a wide choice of cafes, bars and restaurants.

Or join us at ‘Paddle HQ‘ in West Molesey, just a mile upstream from the bridge, where we have a private pontoon, free lockers and WC with small change area, plenty of space for bicycles plus some off-road parking. From here we typically paddle upstream towards beautiful Sunbury on Thames, before a cruisy, downstream return.

Both locations are on lovely parts of the non-tidal River Thames, with lots to see, including amazing wildlife, stunning riverside properties, islands, bridges and parks.

  I can't recommend Andy highly enough! I bought this paddle boarding session as a birthday gift for my husband, and as complete beginners we weren't quite sure what to expect. Andy was incredibly clear, patient and encouraging from start to finish, which meant the whole session felt relaxed, enjoyable and surprisingly easy to pick up. His guidance gave us the confidence to challenge ourselves, and we came away feeling really proud of what we'd achieved. As an added bonus, Andy even took some photos of us on the water so we have some great memories to look back on. We had such a fantastic morning that we're already talking about buying our own paddle boards! Thank you, Andy, for making my husband's birthday gift such a lovely memorable experience.

  Andy and his team were absolutely perfect for our stag do. We arrived extremely low energy and hungover and he understood the assignment immediately and gave us lots of different options. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and I will be back many times throughout the next few years. Lots of fun!

  I had a 1-2-1 paddle boarding lesson with Andy. He covered every detail about how-to and what to look out for. He is clearly passionate and knowledgeae about what he does and his advice was detailed so you can understand reasoning behind certain things. 100% recommend.   Brilliant! Andy was a patient and enthusiastic instructor - taking out myself and 12 year old daughter onto the Thames for a kayaking session. The whole session was very relaxed. Toilets and lockers available. We felt safe at all times. Will definitely go again. If you’re hesitating - then don’t - go for it. Suitable for beginners and lovers of water.

  Absolutely brilliant venue. No crowds and peaceful area to kayak or paddle board in. Parking was great, access to the river was so easy. Lockers available, waterproof phone cases available. Place for spectators to sit and wait for you on the deck by the river. Andy and his staff were very friendly and welcoming. Even people cycling past, stopped and asked us how our experience was and then they booked up a canoe for 4 people straight away. Great fun. Highly recommend.

  Lovely friendly welcome.  Accommodated our mini sausage dog and really helpful getting us all on board.  Two adults and two teens. Lovely hour spent paddling along the river.  No rush.  Highly recommend!!
